Mr Samir Dowlut’s journey in Ophthalmology commenced with his graduation from the University of Birmingham in 2008. Following this, he embarked in comprehensive Ophthalmology training (Northern Ireland), culminating in his completion of the program in August 2018. Mr Dowlut completed fellowships in medical retina/vitreoretinal surgery at Southend NHS Hospital, followed by an immersive experience in high-volume vitreoretinal surgery at Moorfield’s Eye Hospital.
